Shipping Information:

Orders are shipped out in 5 to 7 business days, often sooner. We aim to keep shipping cost down for our customers. You will notice at check out that orders up to $95 are charges at the fixed low rate of $7.95. Orders over $95 receive FREE shipping! Please note, in the case of some of "THE PUZZLE-MAN TOYS" items, actual shipping costs are calculated in relation to the weight of the item. This applies to a few other heavier items we have for sale in our store. Items shipped to Hawaii, Alaska or Canada may incur further shipping charges. If ordering from these locations, please place your order, and we will notify you immediately if any further shipping charges apply. You will have the option to cancel your order if not satisfield with any extra shipping charges quoted.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Returns

NaturalBabyNetwork.com wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you find that your order doesn’t meet with your expectations for any reason, contact us and we’ll credit your account, no questions asked. Just repack it and send it back to us. That’s our policy. Please be aware that a restocking fee of 15% of the merchandise cost applies to returned items not being exchanged. Also, we are unable to accept return of custom-made or personalized items or items in the sale/clearance aisles. All returns must be received within 30 days of purchase.

The item must be returned in saleable, unused condition, with original packaging and tags intact. There is a 15% restocking fee on returned items not being exchanged. We do not assume responsibility for damages that may occur during return shipment. So please make sure you use adequate packaging, and we recommend that you insure the package for your own protection. Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refundable. Any credits or refunds will be applied to the credit card used at time of purchase. Items from the Sale or Clearance categories may not be returned. We do not issue cash refunds.

Exchanges

Exchanges are handled the same as returns. A refund will be issued to your credit card once we receive the original item in good condition. To expedite an exchange, send an email with details of the item you would like in exchange. In-stock merchandise will ship immediately. We will charge your credit card for new merchandise at that time, and a refund will be applied to your credit card upon return of the original item.

Customized or Personalized Product Returns

We are unable to accept return of custom-made or personalized items. However, if you have a problem with any personalized or custom-made item, please contact craig@naturalbabynetwork.com and we will do our best to resolve the matter.

Defective or Faulty Goods

In the very unlikely situation that you receive goods that are defective or faulty in some way, you will receive a replacement free of charge with no shipping costs. Please contact us by email to arrange for pick up.
