All these high quality natural mattresses are chemical free, and are made using 100% organic cotton fabric with a clear 100% polyethylene food-grade waterproof coating. They are non-allergenic and easy-to-clean.

Firm support is offered using the exclusive Air-Core™ system, a non-toxic environmentally friendly support layer made from 100% food-grade polyethylene. Air-Core is a network of closed cell air pockets that provide a firm and comfortable base without the toxic properties of polyurethane foam and the allergenic concerns of latex rubber.

The Naturepedic exclusive fire protection system features a non-toxic and naturally derived fire barrier system that is safe and effective. It meets and exceeds all Federal and State flammability standards without the use of potentially harmful chemicals.

Although not fully organic, the mattresses are all natural and chemical free, made from 100% organic cotton and 100% polyethylene food-grade waterproof coating. The polyethylene coating is non-toxic fire protection and acts as a support layer of closed air pockets instead of toxic materials like polyurethane foam or latex rubber. Because these mattresses are natural, no toxic materials are used, such as vinyl, PVC, and phthalates. However, for allergy concerns, neither latex nor wool is used. In addition, the combination of materials allows the mattress to be easy to clean.
